I’ll work one-on-one with both of you to create an exceptional menu for your wedding; from buffet options to plated dinners, premium appetizers, the perfect late night snack and everything in-between.

It would be my personal honor to cater your wedding ensuring only the highest quality food, presentation, service and attention to detail. To further guarantee this promise, I put you first by only catering ONE wedding per day which gives me the ability to always be a phone call away. I don’t want to only be the caterer for your wedding, I hope to cater all the great moments to follow in both of your lives.

All wedding packages include full set up and breakdown of the venue, custom one-on-one menu design with Vincent, our complete china package of glassware, flatware and silverware, white linens for all tables, full wait and kitchen staff, catering manager, presentation of cake with cutting, and a coffee and tea station.

Buffet or Plated? Which option Is best for your wedding.

Planning the perfect dinning option can sometimes lead to questions of which is best for your guests and the flow of your wedding. When trying to decide on a buffet or plated option we advise you consult with Vincent Bianco personally but we have some ideas that we hope will make the decision easier.

If your wedding list consists of less than 125 guests you could comfortably serve a buffet or plated meal in a respectful timeframe that won’t take away from dancing and getting the party started. Our average plated meal under 125 guests will run between 45min and 1 hour to serve the salad and meal along with clearing all tables. Our average buffet meal under 125 guests will usually run 30-45min.

If your guest list consists of over 125 people we advise you consider a buffet option. The buffet is the perfect combination of quality and efficiency to serve your guests in a well mannered time that won’t take away from the dance floor and fun!

All plated meals are hand plated to order and served fresh out of the kitchen to ensure quality and temperature. Our FULL SERVICE buffet options are constantly refilled ensuring plenty of food for your guests, we also encourage guests to come up for seconds once all tables have been served.

Vincent Bianco Catering works directly with our local baker Dorsi’s of Peabody. All custom wedding cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes and dessert options can be discussed directly Ali Dorsi our preferred pastry chef. Dorsi’s has over 30 years of experience in the baking industry and will work directly with you to create your dream wedding cake.
