Had Vincent Bianco catering for my wedding on 10/3/2026 and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was talking bout it asking where I got It catered from cause it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. We had the short ribs which was a nice size cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth, the herb crusted chicken which every one said was a huge piece and that it wasn’t dry at all and it tasted so good some people said it was the best piece of chicken at a wedding and that whoever cooked it deff knew how to cook, and we also had the salmon that a lot of people said was a delish piece of fish they every had at a wedding. Another thing people talked about were the mashed potatoes saying they were the best mashed potatoes they ever had and they could deff tell they were homemade mashed potatoes! Everything we had for cocktail hours was also very delicious people talked about the bacon wrapped scallops and the meatballs!! The presentation on the food was beautiful.  Vincent himself was amazing to work with, he answered any and all questions you had, worked with you if there were any special diets/allergies. Would deff highly recommend Vincent Bianco’s catering!!

Vinny is absolutely amazing.  I actually cant believe I havent written this review yet.  I reached out to Vinny last year in October for catering for my 40th birthday party that was planned for May. The party was in our backyard and we were lucky to have the most warm and beautiful day of May this year. Between October and May, he honestly became way more than our caterer, he was definitely our buddy and after the event was over I actually was feeling sad that we werent going to have our planning meetings anymore!

Vinny is more then a caterer.  The food is amazing and of course he is highly talented as a chef.  Everyone raved how amazing the food was.  But he is also an unbelievable planner.  He thought of things that needed to be discussed that I would have never thought of.  He truly cared about making my vision for my party reality.  He reached out constantly to check in, and wanted to spend real quality time (and made sure I was actually looking at my computer and seeing what he was seeing) to make sure we were on the same page.  He is also very honest in terms of what you do and dont need, and even when I was thinking maybe we needed that one extra appetizer, he told me it wasnt necessary.

On the day of my party, everything was flawless.  He brought his mobile kitchen, his super cute mom, and a whole team including bartenders.  Vinny is a leader.  I watched him go over the whole plan with his team before the event started.  Everyone knew exactly what was was expected of them.  Every single person on that team was friendly, polite, courteous.  These days I feel like that is lacking most places and it just was so clear that he has high expectations of his team.  The bartenders were fun, happy, and energetic.  The whole team honestly was part of the party.

I honestly could go on and on about Vinny and Vincent Bianco Catering.  I am just so grateful to them.  My party would not have been anywhere near what it was without them.  I 100% recommend Vinny for any catering needs without hesitation, and will definitely be using him again in the future.

There cannot be enough praise for Bianco Catering!  Bianco catered our wedding at Smith Barn and everything was amazing!  Vinny is a joy to work with and Beth and the on-site staff were amazing and the food got rave reviews.  Their attention to special dietary needs of guests was also top notch. I'll have to settle for 5 stars for our experience with Vincent Bianco Custom Catering, although10 stars would be much more appropriate. Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. Vincent was a pleasure to work with, easy-going, made some wonderful suggestions as to types and amounts of food we may like, and was always ready to listen to our ideas. We

Our catering was done by Vincent Bianco for our wedding. From our very beginning phone call with Vinny, we knew this is who we wanted to work with. Each step, every few months he would check in. Any changes I asked, were made instantly. He guided us, answered every phone call, email in such a timely manner. Beth was so helpful, so kind & truly runs such a great wait staff. I was so impressed. The food was Incredible. Every single app was put together so beautifully. His staff made sure Austin and I were well fed the entire night. Constantly checking on us, talking to our guests, watching to make sure we were enjoying our time. I can not recommend his catering enough!
